On March 23, 2023, Vipservice participated in the Buying Business Travel (BBT) 2023 Forum at the Radisson Blu Olimpiysky Hotel and served as the exclusive partner of the event in the Travel Management Company (TMC) category.
The event supported by Mosturism united over 350 delegates from the business travel and corporate events industry. The platform brought together corporate clients, leaders of top TMC and MICE agencies, as well as representatives from airlines, hotels, and IT providers.
Vipservice participated in two expert discussions included in the Forum’s business program. The main stage activities kicked off with a session of travel management leaders, including Galina Polishchuk, Managing Director of Corporate Business at Ticket House Management Company. The session was called TMC Stars. What? Where? When? Galina shared trends in professional business TMC, the balance between online and offline services, and industry innovations, as well as provided valuable recommendations for managing travel programs in a rapidly changing environment.
In the session Business Travel Industry Trends Through the Eyes of Corporate Buyers, Vipservice representatives and expert companies, such as AIM Management, Corporate Solutions Center, Softline, Tsifra Broker, and Tsifra Bank, discussed current drivers, changes, and adaptations in the market. The session was moderated by Tatiana Vampilova, PR Director of Vipservice’s corporate business.
The Forum concluded with the presentation of Index BBT diplomas, and Vipservice was honored in two categories: TMC and MICE.
