When making a business trip, the production calendar is automatically taken into account, which indicates the dates of working days, weekends and holidays for the current year.
If the business trip falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the application has the option to choose one of two payment options.:
Pay for work on weekends and non-working holidays in double amount;
Remuneration in a single amount and provision of a day off for one year from the day of work on a weekend or non-working holiday (in accordance with the new version of Article 153 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation dated March 1, 2025)
If an employee decides to stay at his destination for weekends and holidays due to personal circumstances, these days must be specified as “Personal”, and they will be automatically excluded from the compensation section.
